Our Policy is as follows:

* WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS FEES.
* NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.
*If box is torn or broken by the time it is delivered to you, do not accept it. We are NOT responsible if items are damaged and you accepted box.
* We ship anywhere and everywhere.
• If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchases due to damage (rare but may occur), simply return the merchandise with your receipt to us. We will be glad to credit you in the same form of payment with which your purchase was made. But please notify us first within 2 days of the receipt date!!!!!
• Returns made in a different country than original purchase will be refunded in the local currency and at the local tax rate of country where return is made.
• Check refunds in excess of $50 are issued within 10 business days. If you do not have a receipt, we may offer a store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Our certificates have no expiration date and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
*We do not refund shipping and handling costs.
• We will accept returns in person of orders made by email, mail or by phone within 30 days of purchase date. The original Packaging Slip and Return Form (receipt) must be presented at the time of return. Only for clothing or baby accessories or jewelry.
• We cannot issue a refund or exchange on used products or on personal hygiene products (i.e. body lotion, toothpaste, gynecological aids, deodorant, soap, blends, etc) because we cannot prove if they are in resalable condition.
• We cannot issue a refund on essential oils unless we shipped the wrong item and bears the sealant. Otherwise oils cannot be returned or exchanged for we cannot prove if the product is in resalable condition.
• We do NOT accept personal checks.
• Custom-Made Orders or Phone/Mail Orders: We charge a $30 fee for rush processing. Our regular processing time is of 1 to 2 business days. If you require it to be processed before then we charge $30 which assures your order to be processed in 12 to 24 hours and to be shipped within that same timing if the item is in stock only! If item is not in stock please see below.
• We cannot issue a refund or exchange on clearance items.
• Refunds or exchanges for gift baskets are accepted as long as they are returned within 3 days of purchase unless it is not a holiday basket (non returnable after holiday season). If a custom made basket it is non-refundable.
• Jewelry, baby hair accessories, totes, clothing, etc. is refundable within 30 days of purchase as long as item is in mint condition.
* We do NOT accept Cancellations. So please make sure you are sure about placing an order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We will contact you to confirm that you wish to replace your order with the new price.

Shipping Time

Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by the shipping calculator or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Although we are open during the Holiday Season, USPS and UPS are NOT. We can sell a product to you but it will ship after the 25th of December and after January 1 in the event you order the day before the post office closes. If you are local and decide to order an item in stock, for a fee, we can personally deliver even on Thanksgiving and New Years as we are open. We are closed Sundays and Good Friday as well as Christmas Day.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping if an item is out of stock ONLY. If an item is in stock remember WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS.
